Being of Service in Times of Crisis – The ESM Group’s Response to COVID-19.

If you’re feeling a bit stir crazy like me because you’ve already cleaned out every closet and now you’re wondering what the heck you’re going to do for the next who knows how long, allow me to propose Life Coaching.

The why

Many of you know I’ve been doing consulting with businesses and non-profits since 2008.  What you may not know is I became a trained Life Coach and have been coaching individuals since 2016. And at risk of sounding like I’m tooting my own horn, I am SO humbled each time I hear my clients express having had a major breakthrough from our sessions together. It is hands down the best part of this calling!

The opportunity

As you know, many businesses are experiencing challenges just keeping their employees on board these days, so the consulting side of my business is pretty much shut down. Yet, that’s exactly what’s allowing me the capacity to be of service as a coach while keeping my skills sharp.

I promise you this is not a shameless attempt to benefit during a really tough time.  I genuinely want to be of service to anyone who wants to use this time to process, get unstuck, develop and/or grow. Therefore, I’m welcoming new coaching clients at half my hourly rate (or whatever is affordable) until we’re out of this mess.

Is Life Coaching for you? 

To be perfectly clear, Life Coaching is not to be confused with therapy.  I am not a licensed counselor.  I’m a professionally trained and experienced Life Coach.

A Life Coach can help you build your confidence, get clearer on your goals, improve your relationships, develop your purpose, grow spiritually, determine your career path, find more meaning in your life, build your leadership skills, start your own business and more.
